STA Taught Courses

The Diploma Part 1 portion of the course commences Wednesday 11 October 2023. It is made up of 7 lectures and the Part 1 exam. Specific dates are:

Lecture 1 (Weds 11 October); Lecture 2 (Weds 18 October); Lecture 3 (Weds 25 October); Lecture 4 (Weds 1 November); Lecture 5 (Weds 8 November); Lecture 6 (Weds 15 November); Exam Preparation Session (Weds 22 November)

The live online lectures will be held 6.00-7.30pm.

The lectures will be ONLINE using Zoom.

The Part 1 Exam will be held during the day on Monday 4 December 2023

The Diploma Part 2 portion of the course commences Wednesday 10 January 2024. It is made up of 12 lectures (plus an optional extra session on 'Applied Trading Practice and Psychology' on 3 Apr - not examined) and the Part 2 exam. Specific dates are:

Lecture 1 (Weds 10 Jan); Lecture 2 (Weds 17 Jan); Lecture 3 (Weds 24 Jan); Lecture 4 (Weds 31 Jan); Lecture 5 (Weds 7 Feb); Lecture 6 (Weds 14 Feb); Lecture 7 (Weds 21 Feb); Lecture 8 (Weds 28 Feb); Lecture 9 (Weds 6 March); Lecture 10 (Weds 13 March); Lecture 11 (Weds 20 March); Lecture 12 (Weds 27 March). 

The lectures will be ONLINE using Zoom.

The Part 2 exam will be held during the day on Thursday 25 April 2024 

If a student misses a lecture for any reason then they can catch up watching a video recording from our bank of videoed lectures.

If a student misses a lecture for any reason then they can catch up watching a video recording from our bank of videoed lectures. In addition, all online lectures are recorded and made available to students on the course page in the members portal.

The cost of the course in £2,199 from booking before 30 December, £3,299 thereafter**. The price includes twelve lectures, exam preparation material and video and the Diploma Part 2 examination.
